TRATAMIENTO LORDOSIS
Se debe evitar lo más posible (no mantenerlas mucho tiempo), las asanas de flexión hacia atrás, sobre todo si la lordosis es muy definida y dolorosa:
Bhujangasana, Dhanurasana, Makarasana, Makarasana variante , Eka pada setu bandha sarvangasana,
también están CONTRAINDICADAS:
Trikonasana, Utthitahastaprasarana
ASANAS FAVORABLES:
Paschimotanasana, Janusirasana, (básicamente las flexiones hacia adelante, pero éstas en especial), Samanasana, Paarsvatrikonasana
Kurmasana, Y sentada, piernas bien separadas, elevar los brazos manos entrelazadas, palmas mirando hacia el techo.
